Born in 1982 in Monaco, Jessica Bruzat grows up at the Côte d'Azur.
At the age of four she starts taking classical ballet lessons. At the same time, she takes modern jazz dance lessons with Prof. Bernadette Onnis.
Following a stage performance, where she is discovered by a model agency, she goes to Paris to work for FORD MODELS EUROPE. In the course of time she works with various couturiers and photographers, such as Balmain, Yoji Yamamoto, Issey Miyake, Jean Paul Gaultier, Gucci, Alex Bensimon, etc.
Meanwhile Jessica keeps dancing ballet and modern jazz and also takes up belly dancing, salsa, free dance and jazz rock at professional Parisian dancing schools (Centre International de Danse Jazz, Studio Harmonic, Centre des Arts Vivants).
At the Institut Alain Rousseaux she eventually takes a two years' training in naturopathy and attends classes with Robert Bral on "Body Mind Centering", a regenerating muscle release method he developed especially for dancers and athletes.
In 2007 she co-founded a Culture Centre in Paris. In 2009 she worked for ELLE France and is now living and working in Sicily.
